For consideration as a fee appraiser, the following items must be submitted for approval:

NOTE: Appraisal samples are NOT required.

Regarding Firm Appraisal Assistants or Trainees: SettlementOne will NOT accept appraisal reports completed solely by an Appraisal Assistant or Trainee. All such appraisal reports must be countersigned by the "approved Supervisory Appraiser" and the report must indicate the supervisory appraiser DID INSPECT the subject property.
