Broker Price Opinion (BPO)
Used in conjunction with or in lieu of a desktop review to make underwriting decisions on second mortgages, HELOC's or to confirm a selling price.

REO Appraisal
Contains both "as is" and "as repaired" market values, subject and comparable photos as well as a detailed inspection report outlining repairs which are needed and photographs of deferred maintenance.
