As the Chief Financial Officer of SettlementOne, Marc provides financial leadership throughout the organization.

Prior to joining SettlementOne, Marc most recently served as the SVP & Managing Director of the Logistics, Warehousing, and Displays division at InnerWorkings, Inc, which he joined as part of the acquisition of Madden Communications, Inc.  At Madden Communications, he served as both the CEO and CFO and led the sales process to InnerWorkings and a debt refinancing.  He was the CFO of Universal Gaming Group, where he led the sale of the company to a private equity firm and a debt refinancing.  Marc is a Certified Public Accountant and he earned an MBA from Duke University (where he was a Fuqua Scholar) and a BS in Accounting from Bradley University.

Outside of work, Marc spends time with his wife Jessica and two daughters, Myrcella and Emberlei, who were both named after characters from Game of Thrones, and serves as the Treasurer and a Board Member of Ups For Downs.
