Steve has enjoyed a 20+ year career in the residential real estate lending space, leading several companies of varying size to industry prominence by forging relationships with customers, service partners, and technical providers. Prior to joining SettlementOne, he was Chief Operating Officer of AppraiserVendor, a national provider of appraisal management solutions – having doubled in size during his 5-year tenure. At AppraiserVendor, he drove improvements across all functions of the business. Previously, Steve served as the Executive Vice President at Nations Valuation Services, where he oversaw operations, P&L management, sales, compliance, strategic partnerships, and process improvements across the business, experiencing identical growth under his leadership. Steve possesses a wealth of knowledge, experience and innovative thinking, and a talent for assembling a team of the brightest minds in the industry.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Meghan, and their 3 daughters Reagan, Addison, and Charlotte boating on the lake, coaching their youth sports teams, and squeezing in a few rounds of golf whenever possible. Continue reading “Stephen French, Chief Executive Officer” →
