Stephen French, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the SettlementOne Valuation Board of Managers

Prior to joining SettlementOne Valuation as CEO, Steve was Chief Operating Officer of AppraiserVendor, a provider of appraisal management solutions in the U.S., with a growing presence in the residential valuation industry. At AppraiserVendor, he drove improvements across all functions of the business including sales, operations, marketing, customer retention, development, compliance, and workflow. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President at Nations Valuation Services, a top-25 largest appraisal management company in the country, where he oversaw operations and process improvements across the entire business. He has served as an executive for over 14 years in the appraisal management industry and is dedicated to achieving results by maintaining a reputation build on character, service, and uncompromising ethics.  Steve is a graduate of San Diego State University, with a degree in Public Administration and emphasis in Organizational Development, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience and innovative thinking that will propel SettlementOne Valuation going forward.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Meghan, and their 3 daughters Reagan, Addison, and Charlotte boating on the lake, coaching their youth sports teams, and squeezing in a few rounds of golf whenever possible. Marc Wasserman, Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer, CDV

As the Chief Financial Officer of SettlementOne, Marc provides financial leadership throughout the organization.

Prior to joining SettlementOne, Marc most recently served as the SVP & Managing Director of the Logistics, Warehousing, and Displays division at InnerWorkings, Inc, which he joined as part of the acquisition of Madden Communications, Inc.  At Madden Communications, he served as both the CEO and CFO and led the sales process to InnerWorkings and a debt refinancing.  He was the CFO of Universal Gaming Group, where he led the sale of the company to a private equity firm and a debt refinancing.  Marc is a Certified Public Accountant and he earned an MBA from Duke University (where he was a Fuqua Scholar) and a BS in Accounting from Bradley University.

Outside of work, Marc spends time with his wife Jessica and two daughters, Myrcella and Emberlei, who were both named after characters from Game of Thrones, and serves as the Treasurer and a Board Member of Ups For Downs.
